I would recommend the Adipo-kinetix over Dymetadrine Xtreme simply because it gave me both an energy boost and helped decrease my appetite. I also lost more bodyfat on the Adipo. Dymetadrine Xtreme was a great pre-workout boost but did nothing in terms of decreasing my appetite. Also one thing I noticed with Dymetadrine Xtreme is that the ephedra varies from bottle to bottle. One bottle was potent where with another one I didn't get that "kick" from it. I read somewhere that ephedra can vary in quality depending on the time of year it's harvested and I believe this to be true. So if you want a fat burner, I'd go with the Adipo-kinetix, but if you simply want a pre-workout boost, you might want to use Dymetadrine Xtreme. I hope this helps you out!||206.141.212.17||reg||
