I lost a bit of fat and kept the muscle without changing my diet. Maybe it works better in higher dosages, but this would make it expensive. I bought it to gain muscle, didnt care about the losing fat part. The muscle I gained was next to nothing. Only a couple of people could notice a muscle increase.
A very good site for supplements is bodybuilding.com Its cheap compared to some other companys.
Has anyone had different results using Methoxy products?
