Keep in mind that you experience increase tolerance for ephedrine the longer you take it consecutively.  Therefore, you have to increase dosages to get the same results over a period of time.  That's where the problems with ECA begin, and where ephedrine gets a bad rap.  People tend to overuse.  Also, many recommend not using for more than 5 days consecutively.  In other words, 5 days on 2 days off, due to the tolerance factor.||152.163.213.211||reg||
