You rub it on a specific site (not your whole body) and it removes the fat from fatcells and releases it into the blood stream.  Then you up your cardio and burn off the released fat.  You can find it by going to <A HREF="http://www.cuttinggel.com" TARGET=_blank>www.cuttinggel.com</A>  or search for dermalin or epidril (thats the solution name).
