Which means it needs sugar to be transported into the muscles. Either drink some grape or apple juice after, or try mixing it. Even if it clumps together it's probably easier to get used to than plain.

If it has a flavor it should have transport. By the way you usually pay more for flavored, the containers are larger but you have to use more.

Consider using Edge Effervescent creatine. Uptake is considerably higher than plain monohydrate. I just started it recently, supposedly it's all that! So far, so good.||151.145.250.253||reg||
