I have been doing it for aobut 3 months now and I am starting to get into the supplements. I want to know what is the best way to go. A guy that works at GNC told me that I should go with Protein because I am at the age where my body makes enough creatine. Is that true? WOuld I rather go Protein than Creatine? I need some opinions.

It helps with muscle recovery, catabolism. Creatine is okay to cycle on and off of.
