I would however like to do somehting. It's going to be pretty frustrating though. My workout partner is going to do a cycle and I was planning one at the same time. He is ready however. If you are serious about doing AS, You need training experience, that cannot be handed on a silver platter. you need to know how your body responds to certain exercises, routines, and foods. start looking on that website and begin to implement the ideas you find useful in your training, diet.
