It's a good concept and a killer for all those who can't think independently and rely soley on muscle rags. anyways..... I tried four straight containers, 8lbs, that being a switch from two packs of myoplex plus deluxe a day, and I can't say I really noticed anything.
That may just be because myoplexdeluxe is a great product and the transition just didn't do it. but oh well. considering prolab 100% whey 5lb. is only $24 at www.nathigh.com, I don't personally believe it's worth it.
