It quickly turns to creatinine. I really can't see it causing better training results. The reason I beleive some people do see results is because of all the other ingrediants found within it that are stable in the liquid form.

At first I thought it was working (probably just my imagination) then, nothing. Also, this product has been tested and many of the ingredients listed are not found present. i.e. ginseng etc.
As the other guys have stated, liquid creatine is not stable, it gets converted to creatinine.
