Do not take it with meals, because the increased insulin will "shunt" its effects. This is why I like it so much on a CKD. Definately take it in the morning on an empty stomach before cardio. I usually take 3-4 capsules of Twinlab's Yohimbe Fuel. It is also in Syntrax's Lipokentics that I find to be very effective.||205.188.199.153||reg||
