Personally, the price is too high for me to even touch it.  If I would you, just stick with a good MRP like Grow! from Biotest or a customized one from Protein Factory. Colostrums immunological effects are limited by a lack of transference...ie your own mothers milk boosted your immune system, but it would not work as well for anyone else.
