Ribose is very questionable as to its effects.
Tribulus will raise your test levels but not to the point to where u will gain any muscle mass though.
ZMA will only raise your test levels if you're zinc depleted, if not it does nothing for you other than maybe better sleep, and that's questionable too.
Glutamine is anticatabolic, but it does not increase muscle size. It will however help you to recover much quicker.
Whey is good stuff after a workout or if you aren't consuming enough protein. Make sure you eat your whey with a little carbs and some fat so it doesn't just flush out of your system so quickly. If you want size you need lots of calories, 4k is good start. At least 1g of protein per pound of body weight. Never work out on empty stomach, and before bed drink a shake with maybe some flax oil.
You should get creatine, flax, and protein, food and sleep and you'll be fine. Oh and water, at least a gallon. If you get tribulus, get a good quality on like Tribistan or Tribex-500. Eat 1g per lb of bodywieght, and the Creatine and Glutamine are great choices.||169.207.228.129||reg||
