5 grams of creatine 10 mins before the end of my workout mixed with a bottle of grape juice (should be nearly 100 grams of carbs).

Post workout (20 mins later) I took 50 grams of protein plus 10 grams of glutamine.

I know you'll hear a lot about competition between glutamine, creatine and protein, but all I can say is that this combination was really effective for me.

I liked micronized creatine from Met-Rx the best. I could get a container of 100 5 gram servings for under 30 bucks. I never tried the Creatine serum, but have had too many negative stories run by me to take a chance. At any rate, you'll have to experiment to see what works best for you.||63.17.95.241||reg|| Z||000002||grosso||09-14-2000||11:16 AM||||Never tried AST cre. and glu. ?||194.196.235.32||reg|| Z||000003||GetHuge||09-15-2000||12:00 PM||||You will definitely notice a difference with insulin mimicers. ALA is best in my opinion.||169.207.228.129||reg|| Z||000004||riskybiz007||09-15-2000||03:03 PM||riskybiz007@hotmail.com||how much ALA do u have to take and do u take it at same time as creatine or before?||152.163.195.176||reg||
