SOME PEOPLE USE CREATINE IMMEDIATELY AFTER WORKOUT AND ABOUT 30 MINUTES OR SO HAVE A PROTIEN MEAL OR SHAKE.

BASICALLY IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW YOU CONSUME IT.

That will make your cells swell! About 45 minutes later you should eat a complete meal.

I would also suggest to take 400 mg phosphatidylserine (ps) right before your workout to combat a stress induced rise in cortisol levels.This will keep your testosterone/cortisol ratio normal.
