One time I was taking Animal Pak and vitamin supplement from Universal Nutrition. The color of my urine wasn't very bright or yellow. Meaning, the vitamins were't getting absorbed properly. Here's a good tip when it comes to buying vitamins. Always buy them in capsule form. Capsules work better. Animal pak were in tablets. They're like 25 bucks but it lasts almost three months. Good stuff. Another bad thing about tablets is that they're coated with weird crap. I've heard that the coating can be bad, but I don't know.
