I think this stuff may be a little overkill for her, but who knows.   <IMG SRC="http://www.elitefitness.com/ubb/smile.gif">  I just popped one to give them a try.  From the label I think it looks to be a good "supplement".  This is what it contains:  90 mg caffeine; 20 mg 1R,2S Norephedrine HCL; 10 mg Ephedrine HCL; and 3.4 mg Yohimbine HCL.  Pure  stuff, not herbal, which is nice.  I'll let you bros know how it works, and what the effects are from this one dose I took just now.
