I was wondering if after taking creatine for two weeks should I take a week off now or will I waste the creatine I have spent two weeks loading??? Thanks.

After 6-8 weeks, your muscles are usually so saturated with it that you hit a plateau. That is when you should come off for a few weeks and let it filter out of your system.
