I typically see a 10-15 pound actual
weight gain in a 8-10 week cycle. I
typically don't see an ability to press
extra weight until the last 2 or 3
weeks of the cycle and then I add on
weight like crazy. Until then I feel
lethargic/tired which seems strange
to me.
Frankly, I feel that creatine, diet and
proper rest combined with good workouts will do as much if not more than prohormones
over time and probably is better for
you anyway.

take 2 tribulus before a workout and
no more that day. After ramping up on a
cycle of norabol I take two in the morning
after breakfast, two in the mid-afternoon
and two at night. I also take two chrysin
at the same time. On non-workout days I
take a tribulus each time as well (3/day).
On gym days I wait to take the full suppliment load until after I work out because I don't eat until afterward and all of those pills on my empty stomach + working out + sweating, etc makes me want
to puke 3/4 way through the workout.
I have recently started with an E/C/A
product called phenyltropic from mass
quantities (they sent me a free bottle).
I take one in the morning and one
in the mid-afternoon. Seems to burn
fat which is cool. Similar to the
syntrax adipokinetix product others
here talk about.
Not taking anything to prevent hairloss.
I really don't care that much about it
since i've already seen the future
(the back of my dad's head) and I
think it's a lost cause.
