I am convinced the powder worked i gained muscle.  However, how long does the serum last to be in your system, the powder made me feel swelled up and pumped just about all the time and i looked bigger too. As you may know, creatine is a very unstable compound when it is in a liquid. I use only celltech, but i had some asshole tell me the serum was awesome when he was out of cell tech so I tried it.
