AS for the adipo...have you taken an eca before....if you haven't...it will happen for a week or 1.5 weeks...if you want eat something when you take it for a week...it will lessen the effect of yohimbine but might help your stomach...trust me ...this with a good diet and workout regimen will shed some poundage...good luck..email if you have any ?'s

ECA puts me in a seedy mode even if I just take 2 doses I have a hard time sleeping at night and some times I have to get tylanol PM to sleep.
