(had more protien than EAS myoplex 50 g's) and i was wandering what was the big difference between this and their protien products. Cant get much more per serving right? Also, how many meals a day do you pro's substitute a shake for? For example, in the UK, mrp tend to have 30-40g of protein per 100g whereas a good whey protein has 90-95g of protein per 100g. As for taking shakes - I take 3 per day in between 4-5 meals (shakes at 10ish, 2ish and 10pmish).||194.83.240.34||reg|| Z||000002||sabes35||05-03-2000||12:36 PM||sabes35@hotmail.com||StevieD, I take a protien shake in the morning, a meal replacement at noonish, and another in the eveining. Is that what you do or are all three protien shakes?||209.166.146.184||reg||
