One trick I've tried that helps slightly is to buy some Nestle Quick Powder and add a small spoon of it to your powder. Get the strawberry quik if you've got the vanilla optimum. That'll help mask the taste a little. It only adds a few carbs, but something has to be added to that swill so that you can choke it down.
I'm tellin ya man, I agree with most all the things you've said concerning supplements and nutrition on your other posts. Check out that Alternative Nutrition Whey Protein next time you order protein. It's been the only protein shake that I can drink 3 times a day without feeling sick. I promise it's good stuff. Personally, the vanilla is my favorite in terms of taste, but don't get me wrong they are all great quality and super taste.
