High-protein, moderate carbs, low fat is my preference, although others may feel differently. Add an ECA stack or similar supplement and you'll be on the right track. The majority of this board favors MD-6 as the best fat-cutting ECA-type of supplement. Scroll down the list of topics and you'll see plenty of threads regarding ECA and fat-cutting.||206.21.106.41||reg|| Z||000002||fsveloz||04-13-2000||01:17 PM||fsveloz@hotmail.com||thanks i have a pretty good diet. how bout adipokinetics?? I heard this works well.. Does it make you hyper.||199.105.248.34||reg|| Z||000003||somec-||04-13-2000||01:50 PM||somec-@hushmail.com||I can't comment directly on the effects from Adipo as far as hyperactivity since I've never used it, but I can tell you that people on this board are happy with Adipo. It's probably 2nd on the list of fat-burners behind MD-6. Adipo and MD-6 look like they contain the same core ingredients, but MD-6 adds alpha lipoic acid, l-tyrosine, and guggul extract, which Adipo does not have. Alpha lipoic acid in particular is an effective supplement in a fat-burning diet as it helps with insulin levels. The price of Adipo and MD-6 is pretty close, and with everything being equal (cost, availability, etc.), I'd go with MD-6 simply because of the addition of ALA. But you certainly should get some good results from Adipo if that's what you choose.||206.21.106.41||reg|| Z||000004||somec-||04-13-2000||01:54 PM||somec-@hushmail.com||I should add that since I don't actually have a bottle of Adipo in front of me, and Syntrax chooses to not list the ingredients of their products on their web page, I'm not 100% certain that Adipo does not contain ALA, l-tyrosine, and guggel extract. I'm just going by information gathered from other threads and the scant details on different retailers' websites. I'm 97% sure there's no ALA or l-tyrosine in Adipo, but I haven't seen any direct statements that it does or does not contain guggel.||206.21.106.41||reg|| Z||000005||decadon||04-13-2000||08:15 PM||||good call....there is just yoh, caf, noreph,
that is it....the only other thing is that MD6 bottles last for twenty days and they should be around 24-27 bucks and adipo is thirty days and around 20-22 bucks||148.137.31.110||reg||
