If your son is 15, then I would assume that he has not been weight training for much more than a year. Based on that, he probably isn't carrying that much lean body mass. Realistically, he may gain anywhere from 0 to 8 pounds of intramuscular water weight provided his water intake is adequate.

At 15, I wouldn't recommend using creatine much less any of the worthless prohormone supplements. Your (or his) money would probably be better spent on a whey protein supplement, something that could help build REAL muscle.

Good luck. Train hard. Watch out for midgets.||216.164.234.12||reg|| Z||000002||Quadzilla43||04-07-2000||10:40 AM||||i agree. there is no way that he has been training for a significant amount of time. a whey protein at his age is the most important, because it can give him real muscle and real gains, not like cre, which is inflated water gains most of which are lost when the cycle is over.||128.119.119.180||reg|| Z||000003||tmi533||04-08-2000||08:57 PM||tmi533@aol.com||i statred weight training squats bench the basics for football when i was 10-11 yrs old i started supplements when i was 15
