A||||0||somec-||Drop creatine for fat cutting cycle?|||||| Z||000000||somec-||03-28-2000||02:37 PM||somec-@hushmail.com||I'm trying to drop some body fat for the next couple of months, I've been sticking to a good high protein, low carb, low fat diet, but I'm wondering if I should drop creatine as well to speed the fat loss. I'm just starting an ECA cycle and am lifting 5 days per week (3 days upper, 2 days legs) and doing about 15-20 mins cardio post-workout on those 5 days. Considering dropping post-workout cardio and doing a 30 min jog 3 mornings a week, but I'm starting to worry that I might be over-training. Anyways, if I drop creatine, what other supplement should I add to increase muscle gains? Already have plenty of protein and glutamine. Some folks here are high on Methoxy-7, but I've read on other boards that it isn't so great, and I'm not sure that this would be a suitable replacement for creatine.
