More specifics. What type of Creatine are you taking? Is it pure creatine? Are you taking it with water? Grape juice? Any other supps? Generally, wait an hour to two hours. Just like anything else it has to take time to actually absorb so you will see results.

Drink it immediatley after you work out and during the drive home. A half hour after that is good for protein. The cell-tech should be going thru your system and then you can have protein. When I took it, I had to wait atleast that long until I had enough room in my stomach. I felt really bloated on it, so I stopped taking it. If you consume it along with ftas and protein, the glysemic index will go down, thereby hindering insuling secretion.
