Apparently, Andro increased testosterone levels by 35% when given doses of 300mg of Andro per day. However, the study states that estrogen levels increase at any dosage level. My question is what should I take to minimize the production of estrogen while I am taking Andro and Nor-andro???? HELP PLEASE!!!!!||209.223.87.209||reg|| Z||000001||qui||02-11-2000||12:10 PM||qui@iobox.fi||If you are referring to the Feb JAMA article, it is quite controversial. Read the letters to the Editor..in fact, the side-effect of raised Estradiol is well known. Some have reported success using Clomid/Nolvadex, others have used Ipriflavone, bitter greens, maintaining as low body fat as possible.||209.154.12.60||reg|| Z||000002||filtheboss||02-13-2000||08:09 PM||filthemanusa@netscape.net||andro and dhea together were repoted useless or better than a placebo.||63.210.155.130||reg|| Z||000003||grosso||02-14-2000||09:01 AM||||Just stack your Andro with some Chrysin ...... In addition to the items previously mentioned, some have also reported success with zinc but as always you have to watch out for supraphysiological dosing.

Be sure to have a lab test before and after (should you decide to use andro products) to determine a baseline of Estradiol in serum. Make sure to use the same lab to get same reference range values.
