The creatine is less effective when taken with ECA, one is a hydrator and the other is diuretic. Those proHGH products are completly worthless in my opinion, and even if they were a little effective they cost too much!||208.170.191.140||reg|| Z||000002||themightyTHOR||01-14-2000||08:58 PM||themightythor@operamail.com||One more thing, I read that the best way to naturally increase GH production is to take glutamine right before bed and avoid eating any sugars within 2 hours of sleep. You don't want insulin spike while sleeping, because the pituitary gland will not produce GH if insulin is being produced, and GH levels have more potential of rising while asleep.||208.170.191.140||reg|| Z||000003||Rohan||01-24-2000||07:43 AM||robos_@hotmail.com||I'd go with the B12. I personally combine both ECA and Creatine when preparing for competition, but if you take them (particularly caffeine and creatine) within 1 hour of one another, you get major stomach cramps and gastro-intestinal upset. Glutamine and Taurine combined give a similar effect to Creatine, but without being affected by caffeine.

Good Luck
