I've heard that HMB is a good supplement to take for building muscle for older bodybuilders. Any older bodybuilders out there with some advice for me?     | ||

agree with Luv2lift. I don't know if HMB is effective or not at building muscle, but it's suppossably good for recovery but that's it. L-glutamine is far better in that sense and much better all around. But the protein would be your #1 supp. |
