Must you take the pills before a meal. When i loose weight, i severly limit my meals and in several cases skip them. Can i take them without food? Also, how necessary is using gugglebolic after stoping use of lipo? I dont have any Guggle and dont want to buy any if it isnt really needed.

Man, I would organize my meals so that I eat 5-6 times a day, dividing the total # of calories by that...never go more than 3 hours without FOOD, ESPECIALLY when trying to cut...and take the stuff before the meals to make it more effective! Good luck! Are you ordering the Lipo over the 'net...if so, where from, 'cause no one has this sh*t!

i figured that if i didnt eat much, i wouldnt have calories to burn off, so i would only burn fat with a forced raise of metabolism. Im not worries about biulding muscle right now so i dont need to hella feed the shit. I really wanna get this excess weight of fuckin now. Ive been carying it too long. I droped from 245 to 200 this year from FEB to MAY, but havent gone hard core to loose the last 20 pounds. Now i am going to.

Bigrand,
Listen to Badkins' advice; eat 5-6 meals a day. I know it defies logic to keep eating that often to lose bodyfat, but the fact remains; if you restrict your calories too much, your body adapts by lowering your metabolic rate, even with the thermos. Cut your total daily caloric intake by around 500, and split those calories throughout the day. If you start skipping meals, you're just hurting your chances of achieving your goal.

I tried the syntrax stuff and thought it sucked. I had the whole nine yards, lipo, adipo, guggle-whatever the hell it was.
I thought it was useless. I had much better
results with xenedrine!! at 1/3 the cost!!
