Hi, My younger brother who is 17 years of age lifts and uses supplements. He's headed in the right direction. He has a good protein powder, creatine, glutamine. The problem is that he wants to use two more supplements that I'm unfamiliar with. He uses GEN products. He want to use Cyclodex 4-A-Diol (A Prohormone) and MX7 which is methoxy-isoflavone. I don't believe these products are safe for someone his age. Any opinions? I've tried to reason with him, but he doesn't listen. Thanks for any help. ------------------     | ||

i just turned 18, and i have tried tons of supps. so hes on 40andro-diol eh, i was on this it does not too much because it only has 15% chance of absorbtion (3x more then andro-dione). tell your brother that if he really whants to see changes get into the chewable andro tablets they have a 98% absorption chance. and is this supp safe? well i always say if you are educated about what your using and eat right and drink a TON of water a day to flush out your system, there should be no problem. but beware of anything that is not a Nor-andro, the plain andros can easily be converted to estrogen. |
