I hear a lot of people drink a lot of water when on creatine cause it gets them thirsty. I'm on creatine 5 days a week and i'm never thirsty. I can also lift a little more weight when I'm using it. Is it possible that creatine (or this brand of creatine) does not work for me although I think it does?

people drink alot of water because creatine increases the cell volume(water) in muscle. its a good idea to get plenty of water so you dont cramp up, which was happening to alot of high school athletes who were not hydrated. actually got creatine banned from scholastic sports in some areas. just try to get about a gallon of water a day and you should be good.

It isn't supposed to dehydrate you, but it will if you don't drink enough water. As stated above, drink at least a gallon a day and you'll be fine.
