Use a MRP that has a whey/casein combo.
Either flax or total EFA is fine.

When dieting a pure whey protein isolate is best, that in combination with low to moderate carbs and moderate fat are excellent for promoting fat loss.

Secondly I think you meant an EFA oil, never heard of an ECA oil.

Take some E/C/A if you can and jump on a recumbant bike.

#1--Eat more whole food sources, eggs, turkey, chicken, pork, tuna, other fish, etc., then supplement with a good blend of whey/casein/soy--I like Lee Labrada's Pro-V 60 myself, a very good blend, low carb powder...
#2--Yeah, you were talking about EFA oil, and flax is the best all around source, but others like primrose, etc., can be good, too--and don't forget, olive oil ain't bad, either...
#3--The ECA stack is great, try a mix like Lipo/Adipokinetix if you can find either one, and stack it with a Thyroid stimulator like Pro-Lab's Thyrolean or plain old guggelsterones...

Drop me an e-mail if you want, I just went in to a show at 3% bodyfat, and it was the leanest I'd ever been!!

I would use a protein powder that has micellar casein, whey concentrate and isolate. Micellar casein is more anti-catabolic than other casein proteins. The reason why I would have whey concentrate is because it contains lactoferrin, which helps recovery. Whey Isolate is filtered and contains little or no lactoferrin at all. I would also supplement with extra amounts of glutamine. I wouldn't use an ECA stack. I don't like using regular ephedrine. Try Adipokinetix. It has noephedrine (sp?). And also use guggulbolic which has good amounts of guggelsterones. Don't use Metabolic Thryolean, by Prolab. I used it and it didn't do much for me. Those two fat burners that I recommended are the only ones you really need. So here's the list of supplements that I recommend.

1. GEN's Growth Factor X
or Muscle Link's Muscle Meals
(it's a little cheaper)
2. Glutamine from Prolab
3. Adipokinetix from Syntrax
4. Guggulbolic from Syntrax
5. Multi-vitamins and anti-oxidants
6. (optional) Amino Acids from Prolab
or from Optimum Nutrition.

You don't have to use Muscle Meals or Growth Factor X, these are expensive MRP's, but I believe they're the best I've used. If you want to use whey isolate, go ahead. If you use whey alone, be sure to supplement for amino acids. Whey is often absorbed so fast that 60% actually get's used as protein and 40% of it is used as energy. Also after your body takes in whey protein, your amino acid level drops below normal. So I've read. I would just take a caution and supplement with extra aminos. You can get good deal on Whey Isolate at www.prosourceonline.com Get the brand Prosource Whey Isolate. It's called Nytro Whey. They sell it for a real good price. Each container has about 40 servings. Each serving has 22 grams of protein. Most 2 pound containers only have 30 servings. They also have a deal where you can buy 4 containers for around 80 bucks. Not bad. About 20 bucks each. Good luck hope this helps. If you want to find the best prices for Growth Factor X or Muscle Meals check www.netrition.com They have volume discounts and shipping is a flat rate of $4.95.
