My little brothers are starting feshman football( they're twins) and are pretty skinny. What supplements would you suggest. Im thinking creatine and protien. They dont have too much $ so they cant buy tons of shit. And is creatine OK for 14 yr olds? Is cell-tech better than creatine??
Thanks for your help!

I would definetly invest in supplements especially creatine and a good protein source but keep in mind that your lil bros are still young and their muscles are probably still developing, also the dosages might be a little different considering the age factor. But the creatine will definitely give you alot of mass and try some glutamine or Z-mass. Flex on this.

keep them away from prohormones. If they are skinny i say u buy either meal replacements or weight gainers, and maybe creatine but that's about it. They don't really need cell-tec, see how they respond to regular creatine first, and make sure they don't take it for more than 3 months. Make sure they drink a shake before sleep, and eat something with high calories like some peanut butter before practice.

At that age, I would suggest only protein powders or weight gainers.
