I came across some "Textured Soy Protein" at the local health food store. It contains 11g protein, 6g fiber, no sugars, and trace fat per serving (1/3 cup). It is dirt cheap ($1 a pound), and because of the fiber, should ease the old ketogenic-no-crap issue.

The one thing I don't know is, how digestible is it? Has anyone ever tried this stuff?
