I agree that mmusa liquid creatine serum is the best. It requires no loading, and you only use it on training days. This gives your kidneys a break also.

I think that the "loading phase" of creatine is a crock. It is basically just to get you to go through your supply faster and have to buy more. I have done both loading and just 2 doses a day. With me it seems like I increased weights faster without the load. Just my results though.

You don't HAVE to load but it will take roughly 30 days to reach peak levels where as it would only take several days with loading. Therefore it works the same just how fast do you wanna get to peak levels. I got this info from several studies I've read.

Many people go on how they feel when loading creatine and not. How you feel you are doing with lifting depends on many more variables than just which supplements you are taking and how you are taking them. Don't trust people's gut feelings. Selective attention is a bitch. Trust the studies. The function to loading creatine is to super-saturate your system. Yes, this will mean going through your creatine faster, but it also means peak performance of the creatine sooner.

Well I've loaded and my bench jumped 20lbs on the 5th day of loading. Just do what you feel is best for you.
