Creatine and prohormones are probably the best. The best creatine I've used has been the MMUSA liquid creatine serum. I don't use prohormones because you would have to take so much more than what is recommended to get any realy gains, and that gets real expensive. Glutamine, whey protien, and MRPs are also pretty good, but no supplement you take will be near the gains you make on juice.

Couldn't agree with the last post more. The claims of legal suppliments with "steroid like" effects are b.s. period. However, I am not saying run get you some test and shot up, just keep in mind that nothing that is legal has gains like juice. I have done a lot of reading on HMB and it sounds like a great suppliment. Try to remember that when you are researching this stuff stick to the medical web sights. They don't have an interest in getting you to buy the product and the reports are much more detailed. If I had to pick three great suppliments based on my reading I would go with creatine, glutamine and HMB (protien is a no-brainer).

creatine and MRP's with Glutamine but focus on eating it's much more important than any supplement. Nor-19 and Ephedrine caffein stacks really do help me get pumped before workouts too.

Creatine, Glutamine, plenty of vitamins, Ultimate orange for a workout kick, and most important a good WHEY protein. Take extra vit c (1000 mg) and vit e (1500iu).Works for me.

creatine in serum or creatine with sugar is ok...eca stacks are good...add yohimbe and norephidrine to make it great...triatricol is the bomb...ultimate orange is no more than bad tasting eca stack...ala is good...aside from that a good multivitamin and some essential fatty acids should round out the supplements...everything else is bubkus or should be found in your diet...remember you are what you eat

Been doin' this a long time and tried everything under the sun. Truth is very few things work. you have to remember when reading all the mags , That they are nothing more than catalogs for there own suplement companies. Joe wieder dident get Rich on Muscle and Fitness alone. He sold a lot of bogus products too. all the while giving the athletes in his suplement ads the real thing "steroids"! In my experience Creatine works great as a volumizer. Vit-C & zinc work exellent together as Testoserone boosters.(1000-1500mg vit C 3times a day with 100mg of Zinc should do the trick.)Whey protine is also good. Taste like shit but what are ya gonna do.FOOD is the most important thing though. If ya want to be the size of 2 men ya have to eat like 2 men.Pro hormones may work in extreemly high doses but they can cause as much damage as steroids, with less gaines. They also cost more in the end! ...Supplement companies/Mag have to come up with new products to fill empty space and keep people motovated. So they make more money. They will allway's prey on the "natural bodybuilder" Because we whant to belive theres a quicker way to achive our goals naturaly. How ever ther is no substitute for the basics. Lift heavy and eat right. That's It!-Rick

If I were you I would probably take Metaphorms Hyperdrive, and a andro stack.

Metaphorms Hyperdrive contains: 20 grams of protein, 10 grams of glutamine , 5 grams of creatine, etc.

Maybe try substrate solutions andro's

First.. if your not eating good, supplements are crap. Before you use supplemnts, you have to make sure you are eating clean and balanced foods, and that your are constantly feeding your body throughout the day. Once you do this, then the supplements come in. Multi vitamin is essential, extra Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Magnesium (ZMA is good), lots of protien (not just whey, a mixture of protiesn), extra glutimine (about 2-3g with every meal), some type of creatine (wheater it is evervestant, micronized, or with some type of transport system) any thing besides these things are for specific applications. The prohormones work good on paper, but when they enter the body who knows what happens. The only other thing I would reccomend is the epedrine/caffine/asprin stack... NOT THE HERBAL EQUVILANT. Ma Hung and White Willow Bark aren't as effective. Go and by real epedrine, pure caffiene(gaunar is ok), and real asprin. 20mg ephedrine/ 200mg caffien/ 300 mg asprin (asprin usally comes in 325mg tabs, thats ok) 3X daily for only about 3 weeks during a cutting phase.

There are a lot of good posts here. I'm not any sort of authority, but I agree with what you guys are saying.
I think there are a couple of supplements that will start getting a lot of attention pretty soon when more people use them:
Ipriflavone (sold by the name Proxylon by Syntrax) and Methoxy isoflavone (Methoxy-7 by Biotest, Proxylon by Syntrax, and even Paradeca by VPX contain Methoxy-flavone).
I know one guy who uses prohormones religiously who started a couple of weeks ago taking the Methoxy-7 and he is now telling me that he may not go back to the prohormones. That was essentially my experience as well. I did like 4-diol and to a lesser extent, 19-nor, but I like the effects of the Methoxy-7 better and I don't have to worry about gyno with methoxyflavone or ipriflavone.
That's just my opinion. I'm not trying to change anyones mind about what they are currently taking, but just consider either of these two new supplements (especially the methoxy-7) as something you can use when you're cycling off of prohormones.
Good luck and good health everyone.

I agree. I think the combination of what's in Tribex is pretty much about as good as I've seen. Let me know what you think of using it when you start seeing results. If you are cycling off of it anytime soon, have you thought of trying methoxy-7 during your off cycle? Again, if you do that let me know about your results.
Thanks!

Hi folks...

In my opinion these are great supps...

- Glutamine
- Whey Protein
- Creatine

Have been taking all them (from Prolab) and have made good gains. Strenght, good recovery and some lean mass. I think Pro-hormones are not that good. Ya would have to take huge amounts of it to take some advantage. Truly, the secret is lift heavy, train hard and eat well. Do this and you gonna be fine. Just my 02 cents...

creatine, glutamine, and a quality protein supplement. if u buy these prohormones with all their hype, dont be surprised when they dont live up to their hype. they wont come close to what they are promising, but i promise u peoplewill keep buying them. sad
