Does anyone have any advice on how to stack the two. What dosage should I take, and when is the best time to take them? Thanks     | ||

Yes. Take them both 3 times daily. Take two capsules of Adipo-kinetix and one capsule of guggulbolic, 3 times a day. Add the Triax II to the stack if you can afford it! | ||

should I do like the bottle says and take the adipo before meals, or should i be sure to take 2 before i train. | ||

i wouldn't take my last 2 adipo any later than 5 oclock as it will keep you up too late at night- but everyones body is diffr. and this just may be the way mine responds. Anyways, for me i take 5 adipo a day w/ 1 pill on my last dosage. | ||

i do the same as built.....ive been taking the last one at like 630 and been having trouble getting to sleep...im gonna start taking it earlier |
