Which is best guys? I have used creatine edge effervescent back when it was the first one on the market. The stuff was unreal. Never got a thing from regular creatine, but at low dosages this stuff was amazing. That was a few years ago, I havent touched creatine since, what do you guys think? Which is the best?

I dont know anything about Effervescent Creatine, but for me Creatine with Dextrose in it worked alot better than regular creatine. I used Scitec Creatine Express and definetely recommend it. Its only $23 at bodybuilding.com Creatine with dextrose is a third generation creatine and your body absorbs more creatine than straight creatine. I know this as I have tried both and it has been proven in the labs. It would be interesting to see if Effervescent Creatine works better than Creatine with dextrose.

I've never tried the effervescent. You're probably the first person who had a good thing to say about it. I know it has never been shown in any studies to be better than regular creatine. Actually, I'm not sure if there were any studies done at all on the effervescent. I agree with alexkaras about the creatine with carbs, more specifically dextrose or glucose. Helps by providing an insulin spike, which will help a little more with absorption. Best used post workout. It's cheap and effective for myself. I can't see myself spending that kind of money on the effervescent when I can spend it on a protein powder instead. Anyone else use this kind with better results?
