2-5 grams for breakfast, and 2-5 grams post workout, ON DAYS

OFF-days 2-5 grams once for breakfast. or well any-time really I just find morning meal to be convenient.

My protocol is 5 grams with a breakfast meal, 5 grams postworkout, 5 grams before bed. Off days, just skip the postworkout dosage. Keep it simple. They say anything more than 5 grams a day is a waste especially after a loading phase, but I honestly feel that 10-15 grams a day maintenance works better for me (~180lbs).

you mean liquid creatinine? recent studies have shown time, and time again that creatine is not stable in liquid form. it's a bullshit product. besides even if it was there would be no real advantage, just buy some micronized creatine from a brand you trust.
