the GC stack works great i can go real heavy on tricep movements,no pain,feel great, but i was wondering if i elimate Chondroitin ,will the pain come back? that stuff cost alot,glucosamine by itself it much cheaper, but i am willing to pay more because this stuff really works,at least for me,ive heard of alot of other people saying it workds for them too

also,do i got to take this stuff year round, i mean if quit for awhile ,what will happen to my joints ,will i start losing cartilidge or something

keep the chondroitin it is just as important as glucosamine. If you discontinue you will loose no cartilage however, glucosamine also helps increase sinovial fluid which lubricates your joints that will end with the discontinuance of glucosamine and return to what you were producing before
