There seems to be big hype about the new supp baby food colostrum. is it some good stuff? has anyone tried it? what do ya think about it?

Haven't heard anything good about it. Have heard it's just another supplement for supplement companies to make money off of.

See if you can find a woman who'se lactating and see if she'll let you suck on her breasts. (lol)

I think it's effective on building baby's immunity system, that's why they say it's so important to breast feed especially baby's are new born. But, as far as body building, I've heard it's just hype. I don't even think it's that new. It seems like they (marketing companies) take advantage of new body builders who are eager to try anything to improve their physique, and if they put enough money and hype behind it, they make money on it, by innocent and naive consumers. Just my 2 cents.

It is a good supplement if you get a cold processed brand, but the clinical studies show that 60g is the dose needed to elicit positive effects, and that makes it cost ineffective. If it ever comes down in price give it a shot.
