Most people don't expect much from the physique of a 63-year-old man. But when you're Arnold Schwarzenegger, people still expect you to look like the Arnold from Conan and Pumping Iron.<\/p>\n
Of course, those of you who've seen recent pictures of Arnold with his shirt off know that he isn't physically the same guy from the 70's. Arnold himself knows it too because he recently talked about his unflattering body image. <\/p>\n
He revealed this to Newsweek when he said, \"I feel sh**ty when I look at myself in the mirror,\" He finished by saying, \"I'm not competing, I'm not ripping off my shirt and trying to sell the body..when I stand in front of the mirror and really look, I wonder, 'What the [bleep] happened here? Jesus Christ - what a beating,.\"<\/p>\n
Sure Arnold is in decent shape for a 63-year-old man, but he's not exactly at the level that many Masters bodybuilders are at. Wonder if this means a return to the gym? <\/p>\n
