Now, you have to remember, the only information I had to go off at the time was the original \u201cUnderground Steroid Handbook\u201d (I owned both volume I and II) and the updates for it. The only source I had for steroids was a mail order guy named \u201cPaul Masters\u201d and it took me about 2 years to find him, as I first had to look through the back pages of MuscleMag to find a newsletter called \u201cHardcore Muscle\u201d (written by a guy named \u201cDante\u201d who you may now know in his present internet incarnation \u201cDoggCrapp\u201d) which ultimately led me to \u201cMuscleBuilder\u201d (another newsletter), which had lists of mail order steroid sources.<\/p>\n

For anyone under the age of 22 who is reading this: \u201cmail\u201d is what we call the paper stuff that \u201ce-mail\u201d is named after. It requires stamps, and a trip to a place called the \u201cpost office\u201d. It is not, in case you were wondering, as fast as e-mail.<\/p>\n

So I sent out letters, typed on a \u201cword processor\u201d (a computer that can only be used to type paper documents), and mailed them to this guy over in England. He sent me a list, and I saw \u201cDeca-Durabolin\u201d on it, which was the most popular steroid in the world at the time. I ordered eleven 2ml vials of it, and some Dianabol tabs to go with it. My dose was basically 200mgs of Deca each week, and 10mgs of Dianabol every day. I got much stronger, more defined, and even a bit bigger every week on that cycle.<\/p>\n

I ordered steroids from Paul two times a year, for a total of two 12 week cycles each time... but then something happened. Eventually I ordered a cycle and my money was returned in the mail. Paul had passed away (*yes, I\u2019m serious), and his brother had sent all of the customers with pending orders their money back.<\/p>\n

Of course I found some other mail order sources (Haldun, in Turkey, Mogius and Skourv in Greece, and others), but I also got in with a group of powerlifters at my gym who always seemed to have EQ, testosterone, and other nice injectables that I wanted. Luckily, I also started working at a local club as a bouncer and those guys almost always have some extra amps or vials of something-or-other lying around. Steroid information had progressed pretty far by that time, and most of us had either the Anabolic Reference Guide or the World Anabolic Review.<\/p>\n

I had both.<\/p>\n

But still, it was a crap shoot... You could never keep up with what was real and what was fake. I\u2019m reasonably sure that at least a couple vials of test must have been fake, but at least they were sterile, and I didn\u2019t get hurt from using them. And most of what I got was real, and I used virtually every injectable compound in the world in a very short time. From Ttokkyo to Testoviron to Sten to yellow top Deca, I used it all.<\/p>\n

If it were today, I\u2019d be turning my attention to the Balkan line of injectables. Back in my day (which means back in the day that I was buying stuff without a prescription), the most exciting company was Ttokkyo. They produced a line of anabolics which real steroid users actually wanted... they were dosed accurately and they were real; and that\u2019s why the Balkan line of injectables has me so optimistic. There\u2019s a really nice line of injectables being offered at very low prices, from a licensed, human grade company.<\/p>\n

\"Testosterone<\/strong>Since Balkan is offering a very nice line of injectables at really low prices right now, I\u2019m going to give you some insight into some of the products they\u2019re offering, and my experience with those particular androgens.<\/p>\n

(Here they are in no particular order)<\/p>\n

Testosterone Cypionate<\/strong>(Testosteron CDepot)<\/em>:<\/strong>This is a nice, long acting, version of testosterone. I find that my strength and size gains on this compound start at about 400mgs\/week. Balkan offers it at a nice dose of 250mgs\/ml. If I were to use their version of this product, I\u2019d likelybe using 250-500mgs\/week, depending on my goals.<\/p>\n

\"TestosteroneTestosterone Enanthate:<\/strong>This is virtually identical to Testosterone Cypionate. I don\u2019t actually know anyone who can tell the difference between how the two \u201cfeel\u201d and that includes myself. For most of the world, this is the most common form of testosterone. Balkan offers it in a 250mg\/ml dose.<\/p>\n

\"TestosteroneTestosterone Propionate (<\/strong>Testosterona-P<\/em>:<\/strong>For whatever reason, I prefer this form of testosterone above all others. I think that I retain less water with it, and even on my prescription doses of testosterone, I find that this form is what I typically request. If you dislike frequent injections, it\u2019s not for you, but if you retain too much water on other (longer acting) forms of testosterone, then this is probably your best option. Balkan Pharmaceuticals offers it in 100mg\/ml dosing, and that\u2019s a good dose for every other day injections.<\/p>\n

\"SustamedSustanon 250<\/strong>(Sustamed 250)<\/em>:<\/strong>I recently read an article by another steroid author where he said that Sustanon isn\u2019t worth the money as compared to other injectable (single ester) testosterone. This is, of course, purely an academic idea. If you write about steroids for a living, you don\u2019t pay for them. Judging from his physique, he doesn\u2019t use them either\u2026 But in the end, Sustanon is a decent product, although you shouldn\u2019t be paying more for it than for any other type of testosterone. I\u2019ve used it, and I personally like it. Of course, the dose that you find this product offered in is 250mgs\/ml.<\/p>\n

\"PrimobolanPrimobolan<\/strong> (Primobol Forte):<\/em> Nelson Montana\u2019s<\/a> favorite steroid! Truth be told, I really like it as well. I feel great when I\u2019m using this stuff, and I think the results you get from it are well worth the money. Typically, people just don\u2019t use enough to really see results, which I feel (for a male) is about 500mgs a week, to really start cookin\u2019. For women, 100mgs a week is plenty, and this gets my top rating for an anabolic to be used by a woman. Most of the Primo amps on the black market are usually a low dose of testosterone, and judging by the last Ms.Olympia contest, they\u2019re using a lot of the counterfeit version of this stuff\u2026probably stacked with their \u2026err\u2026testosterone. Balkan\u2019s Primobolan is offered at a 100mg\/ml dose.<\/p>\n

\"MasteronMasteron<\/strong>(<\/em><\/strong>Masteron):<\/em>This was my favorite drug for a very long time, and it still would be if it were something that I could get a \u2018script for. A dose of 100mgs\/EOD was my typical cycle, stacked with an equal amount of testosterone propionate. Balkan\u2019s version of this is offered in a 100mg\/ml dose.<\/p>\n

\"DecamedNandrolone Decanoate<\/strong>(Decamed)<\/em>: As Nandrolone Decanoate is available for prescription in the United States, and I\u2019m just about to leave my 20\u2019s (yeah, I\u2019m getting old), this product is one that really interests me. I\u2019ve used it for both cutting as well as bulking, and find that even very low doses help out my joints immensely. Since Balkan offers this product at 250mgs\/ml, 2mls per week would be more than enough for virtually anyone.<\/p>\n
