What's your name? *My name is Stig*
How old are you? *I was born 23.october 1978, so Im 26 years old.*
Where are you from, where did you grow up? *Im from Norway, live and born in a small town called Knarvik. Its on the west Coast of Norway. Close to the town of Bergen.*
When did you first come to EliteFitness.com? *I came to EF around February 2000. After searching the net for a good place to dicuss training and dieting.*
What's your name on the forums? *MrMuscle*
How did you choose your name on the forums? *Well when I started out lifting weights I was tall and skinny. I looked like the guy in the MrMuscle commercials. At the same time I wanted to have a name that would suit me when i eventually put on some weight. So MrMuscle
it was.*
Have you made many friends on the forums? *I have yes, sadly many have left over the years, but there are still a quite few who know me well.*
Do you see any of them in the offline world? *I have not no, different countries and such prevent that.*
How many times a week do you come to the site? *I visit it every day.*
What forums do you read the most? *Chat and Conversation and Weight training and Weight lifting.*
What are your goals for the future both with your physique and otherwise? *My goal training wise is to get and maintain a balanced physique. So I still think i need more general mass. Career wise Id like to see a more stable cashflow by maybe move to a bigger city and work.*
please tell us how you train? *At the moment im knee deep in DoggCrapp. I started this program in July, and im so far very pleased with the results. I was looking for something i hadent done before, and DC fit right in. I have been working out for so many years that ive tried quite a few training methods. So its always refreshing to find something new to try.***
*Basic DC consist of 3 workouts a week, 2 split, 3 different workout per split. So you train the same exercise every other week. You do 1 working set for most of the exercises, and you supply the set with Rest Pauses, Static Holds and extreme stretches.*
What's your body fat at? *Unknown, but right now i would say 13-15% range.*
Ever plan on competing? *Sadly no, im 6'2 and the kinda mass i would have to put on would not be something that would be usefull to me in other aspects of my life.*
Tell us about your diet? *I eat atm 8 meals a day, keeping to DC rules. So we are talking above 400g protein, around 200g carbs and 3000 Cals. At 225 pound thats not alot of calories, but im experiencing that my weight is increasing, so im not gonna change anything right now.*
Tell us about your cycles?*None*
What kind of gains have you seen since you found Elite? *Huge gains. As my pictures show, I have put on roughly 40kgs since 1997.*
Tell us about your supplementation? *I do spend alot of money on supplements. Whey, ZMA, FIber, multi mineral, Calsium, Creatin products, multi vitamin, C-vitamin. Since I live in Norway I have to limit myself to whats available here.*
Tell us a little about your lifestyle? What do you do? Married? Hobbies? Train with your significant other? *I work as a personal trainer, Im singel. My other hobbies are R&R mainly. Movies, computer, web etc. *
Is there anything else you would like for the EliteFitness.com community to know? *I've enjoyed EF alot, Im sad that some good bros have left the site, but im glad for some of the new good ones that have arrived.*
