Welcome to my web page. If you have any suggestions on how to make it better or more accurate please let me know. This is my first shot at a web page so I am up for suggestions. I am 22 years old and I have been in the iron game for 8 years. I have been doing a mix of bodybuilding and powerlifting for the past 7 years and I recently decided to focus on powerlifting. I have trained with several powerlifting and bodybuilding competitors so I am very knowledgeable about training, nutrition, and drugs so if anyone has any questions about basically anything to do with training feel free to ask me. Right now I am hovering around 230 lbs. but I have been as high as 245 with a 32" waist. I am 6'3" and right now my lifts are as follows: Bench Press-455, Squat-550, Deadlift-550. I want to give a big thanx to PowerLifterJay and GForce for getting my lifts up to where they are today. I am a firm believer in HIT when it comes to powerlifting and I have yet to find any type of training that will produce such a fast increase in poundages. The program I am posting is the one I am curretnly using and, although it seems like very little work compared to the other routines going today, it has given me a bigger and faster increase in my numbers than anything else I have tried. And, as far as powerlifting goes, I will also give my preferences for drugs and a quick overview of what they do. Everything has been proven effective for myself and the many people I have trained with in the past several years.
The routine I use is a basic 3-day a week program. It doesnt sound like much, but as I said, I am a believer in HIT for power training and my routine reflects that. Monday is Bench day. I go for 4 sets on the Bench. 3 to warm up and one set of between 4 and 10 reps depending on my strength level that day. Then I move on to Close-grip Benches. Only 2 sets here; a warm up and then an all-out set. I use 60 pounds less on this exercise than I did for my Bench Press and go for the same number of reps that I got on my BP. Then I drop the weight another 30 pounds and move on to Barbell Incline Presses. 2 sets here. As before, 1 warmup to get into the movement and then 1 set of the same number of reps that I got out of my other 2 exercises. Then it is off to Lat Pulldowns for 2 sets of 8-10 reps. Thursday I come back in for Bench assistance work. First exercise is Light Bench Presses with about 65% of what I used on Monday. I shoot for 1 or 2 sets of 12 reps just to get some blood into the area to help recovery from my heavy day. It is also a good time to work on speed to get a good explosion off of the chest. Give each rep a pause at the bottom and then give it hell on the way up. Then I go to Military Presses, Front Raises, Side Raises, Tricep Extensions, and then Preacher Curls. Again, 2 sets. One to get into the motion and to get a little warm-up. Then one set of 4-10 reps to failure. I take a couple of days rest and come back in on Saturday for Squats and Deadlifts. This is the shitty day of the week. Anyone who has done HIT training on these 2 exercises can tell you what intensity is all about. I start with Squats. 5 sets here. 4 to warm up and goet into the groove and then one all-out set. I try to keep my reps in the 4-10 range but sometimes after I get to 10 I get a surge and I will go as high as 15. I only increase my squats 15 pounds per week and sometimes that isnt enough. Usually when I get done with my Squats I hit the floor and damn near pass out and I take about a 15 or 20 minute break. Then comes Deadlifts. 3 sets here. 2 will get me warmed up and into the movement. Then the last one is all-out. I like lower reps on these so I go for 3-6 reps. I then fall down again. Rest for about 10 minutes and then I head home. Nothing fancy in this workout, but I will put it up against anything out there today. It isnt bad for mass, but when it comes to pure strength it will definately get the job done.
My nutrition is very haphazard. My opinion is that your body requires a lot of fat to keep your hormones balanced. But I also feel that a diet high in fat isnt good for long. So here is what I do. I do what my body tells me I should do. If I feel like I need to increase my fat content to keep my weights going up then it is chilidogs, steak, and pizza all week. Then I may feel like I need to eat cleaner to keep my bodyfat in check so I will shoot for what I think is the worst diet in the world when it comes to taste. Breakfast is 18 egg whites with 3 yolks and 300 calories of oats. 3 hours later it is time for 12 oz of red meat and 3 baked potatoes. 3 hours later I will have 12 oz of chicken and another 3 potatoes. Next meal is post workout so it is time for 3 scoops of Nitro-Tech and 12-16 oz of milk and 2 scoops of Cell-Tech in 30 oz of water. Next on the list is another 12 oz of red meat and 3 more potatoes. Then before bed I have a low-fat meal of 3 cans of Tuna with another 3 potatoes. If I feel that my Bodyfat is getting too high then I am doing the high-fat diet for 2 weeks to get my fat levels where I want them to be. I think people put too much importance in worrying about their diet so they end up going from one "miracle diet" to another looking for the magic food list. Your body and the mirror will tell you what you need. Have you ever done a low-carb diet and had a craving for carbs after 2 days. I have yet to meet someone who hasnt. Thats your proof that your body will let you know what it needs. If you take out carbs and you begin to crave them, then your body knows it is deficient and that it needs then to stay balanced.
Now for the drugs. Everyone looks for that one steroid that will make their bodybuilding or powerlifting dreams come true. Yes, there is a hell of a lot of science behind a lot of it and I am sure I could throw out a lot of technical words that would confuse a lot of people, just as people could toss words out that would confuse me. The bottom line is that steroids work. You dont need to search for the 1 drug that will help you realize your dreams because they all work. So here is a little list of my favorites and what their results are. I wont waste everyone's time with side effects and technical jargon. If you are at the point that you feel like you want to begin using "gear" then you should be doing your homework in a PDR (physicians desk reference). Dont ever take advice from others on side effects. The FDA will tell you more about the bad things than anyone else. When it comes to the positive side they are a little reluctant to tell you so thats why people are onliune to tell you what to expect.
Finaplix is my personal favorite. If you want to get strong, lean, literally mean, and get pretty muscular I think it is number 1. It isnt the cleanest drug in the world but it gets the job done. Obtaining it is legal and it is pretty easy to get ready to use. This is my recipe for it. Get a 100 mL bottle of viatmin B-Complex, a cartridge of Finaplix-H, a few needles with syringes, and a new coffee grinder, and some Sesame Oil. Pop the top off of the complex bottle and dump out the yellow liquid. Grind up the Finaplix pellets and put them into the bottle AFTER YOU HAVE STERILIZED IT! Add 50 mL of sesame oil and put the top back on. Microwave the bottle for 5 seconds before you use it each time to kill the bacteria. It sounds like a crude method but you never have to buy kits from people and go through a hassal. I have done this several times and I have never had a problem. And it will shoot through a 23 guage needle. I use 2cc's every other day and I love the stuff. if you are afraid of doing it this way, you can buy kits to make the stuff a little more sanitary or you can just find some Parabolan. Although Para is getting harder and harder to find. Most of it now is counterfeit. But counterfeit drugs arent fake. They just are lower in dosage or they arent EXACTLY what you are buying. If you buy a bottle of Para you will probably get Finaplix mixed using a kit.
Next on the list is all testosterones, Sustanon, Omnadren, Duratesten, Methyl Test, Anadrol-50, and all of the other bulkers. I am against them. You will gain huge amounts of size and strength very quickly. Most of the weight is water and when you go off you lose the water. I have yet to meet anyone who loses the water and weight and doesnt end up wearing a sweatshirt in the middle of summer just so no one sees how much weight he has lost. It will definately give you a fear of smallness. If you are going to use one of these I recommend Sustanon 250. It is the cleanest and best of all of them and you will not gain much water. I think overall it is an excellent drug for bodybuilding.
And what kind of page would this be without mentioning Deca. If one more person asks me about getting it I will probably kill them. If you have sore tendons or ligaments, an injured muscle, or arthritis I think this is the best drug for you. But your odds of getting real Deca is very slim. If you dont have one of the specific problems I listed I would suggest you get a bottle of Laurabolin, Equipoise, or Ganabol. You will get the same effect, save a lot of money, and you will have a much better chance of getting the real stuff. And Ganabol and Laurabolin are not that hard to get. Just find someone who owns a horse, meet their vet, and then make a new friend. Vets are pretty good about getting you vetrinary drugs as long as they get some of the cash too.
The last drug I will mention is Insulin. YES, it works miracles everyone. Even if you have had no response to roids insulin will get you big. 1 of 3 things will happen. You will become huge and strong, fat as hell, or someone will find you lying dead in the gym locker room. I have used 12 IUs in the morning as soon as I wake up with a serving of Cell-Tech and another 10 IUs with a serving of Cell-Tech after my evening workouts. It has worked very well for me. If you choose to take the risk of using it I would advise you to do a lot of research on it and then proceed with caution. I wouldnt use it for more than 6 weeks. Yes, it is cheap, legal, and easy to use. But it has risks that steroids dont have. Lets put it this way. Other than IGF-1, insulin is the most anabolic hormone in the body and since you have the be anabolic to gain muscle then insulin is number 1 on the list. Its also number 1 on the list of side effects.
