pregnancy after cycle

I am in a bit of a conundrum. I finished an oral cycle in july and fell pregnant very unexpectedly in Aug .. about 3-4 weeks after cycle. how at risk is this fetus. Ive read that a person should wait at least 6 month post cycle before conceiving. why exactly is that. have there been any reports or stories you have heard about with a similar situation. Should i consider not having it, ie is there high risk to abnormaility.

Your child will be fine all this considered. Steroids are a hormone and I have seen millions of woman come off of BC and then get progo right after and 9 out of ten times fine. Be thankful you are with child. It is a amazing thing and you should love your child no matter what.

well this case concerns me a bit more than BC. As at least BC are female specific hormones and dont set your normal balance too out of wack, they just trick your body into thinking you are already preg.
but coming off anabolic steroids that are usually male specific, you could see my concern..

You do not have to worry about the fetus AT ALL. Make sure to take your prenatals and welcome to EF!!!
