NEEDSIZE'S ab killer routine

ok i did 5x5 with a 10 pound plate for the first time yesterday and plan on getting to that 45# plate one day. my question is can i do this every 4-5 days without bulking up my abs too much? or should i just stick to once every 7 days?
 
The obliques are the only ab muscle that you can overdevelop. They make the waist wider.
 
Yeah, really like dt said who wouldn't want huge ripped abs. They just look better anyways. Obliques could make you look bad though, ruin your taper.
 
overdone oblique's make you look like a pear. ive seen fitness models that had plump obliques and i just was lmao

i have huge obliques, but i dont care about my taper either, though
 
I used to do it 2x weekly so that shouldnt be a problem, just make sure there is a few days in between
