Lift 6-7x days a week?

Does anyone train 6 -7days a week? Is it possible to handle it? Or doing something like this is one of the stupid things to do becouse overtraining etc. etc.? :)

I don't mean for example one day only for biceps, next day only for triceps etc. You know... something like:

P/P/L/Repeat or Legs/Shouders+Triceps/Back/Chest+Biceps/Repeat...
 
i do, and i basically train on a 3-way split

day 1: chest/abs
day 2: arms/legs
day 3: delts/back

i do 2 or 3 exercises per bodypart and 3 or 4 sets per exercise

my muscles are better "shaped" when i train then twice a week, rather than just once a week
