| Now i understand that being a heavier weight, your body would have to be stronger to go through out daily activities. What i don't understand is if a guy that's 5'8 and 240lbs with about 60lbs of body fat how he should be able to lift more then someone who is 5'8 and weighs 180-200 with the same amount of lean mass. How does my gut help me lift 30 lbs more then my buddy according to these weight to lifting charts on ExRx? ![]() | |
